We will always limit the number of properties we manage in order to ensure excellence of service and a high yield to owners. We do not believe that a large portfolio of property makes us a success. We know it is impossible to fill any number of properties at the right price so we add to our portfolio slowly to ensure that our existing owners continue to achieve high rental income.
